If you have a desire to earn and support other stylists, we’re looking for an Assistant Salon Manager to lead our vibrant salon, provide exceptional hair care, and build strong relationships with clients and stylists. Qualifications Great communication skills A motivating attitude Top‑notch technical skills Flexible and organized Driven to achieve goals Licensed to cut hair Cosmetology license and/or barber license (requirements vary by state) Benefits Manager training to grow your team and the salon Incentives and recognition for a job well done Immediate customer base Ongoing training for career growth Application Process Submit your interest to a local franchisee.
