We look for staff that engages with the individuals-served, developing activities and learning skills that fit with the individuals’ needs. Duties include: engaging individuals-served in different activities, attend to their personal needs, taking individuals on community outings, providing behavioral guidance to ensure a safe environment and build trustworthy relationships with each individual-served. Skills: Have the ability to work with intellectual/developmental disabled who have emotional and behavioral challenges. Excellent interpersonal, oral, record keeping, and written communication skills. Have the ability to respond to crisis and conflict with confidence and professionalism.
