Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Blue Palms Fletcher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and reporting changes in condition. You will also maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent resident care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and personal grooming

• Take resident vital signs, report changes in condition, and maintain accurate records

• Assist with feeding, transferring, and positioning residents as needed

• Maintain a clean and infection-free environment

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and safety programs

• Use PointClickCare software to efficiently document resident care and monitor progress
