Experience drafting coverage opinions and conducting examinations under oath is a strong plus. Billable Hour Requirement: 140/month; 160/month to be eligible for bonus. Experience 2+ years of solid experience in law firms of litigation, preferably with an emphasis on insurance‑related litigation such as coverage disputes, personal injury cases, premises liability lawsuits, and bad faith claims. Construction Defect experience a plus.
