Team Leader, Professional Services- HCM

We are seeking a hands‑on Professional Services Team Leader to lead a team of consultants delivering implementation services to our customers. This role blends people leadership with client delivery—ideal for someone who enjoys driving team performance while remaining close to customer outcomes. You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day team operations, ensuring successful project delivery, and contributing directly through billable work. This role plays a critical part in driving customer satisfaction, revenue performance, and operational excellence across our Professional Services function. This is a Hybrid position based on‑site three days per week in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX.
