Oversee existing delegated underwriting authority programs and contribute to the development of new programs to ensure profitable growth. Manage relationships with Program Administrators and execute strategies using KPIs, P&Ls, and regular performance reviews. Requirements Requires a minimum of 5 years of Commercial Property underwriting experience and proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and Power BI. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience with Inland Marine lines is considered a plus.
