A Day in This Role

• Sort and arrange items as they move down the line, ensuring they meet established quality benchmarks.
• Perform visual and basic tactile inspections to detect defects or inconsistencies early.
• Work closely with teammates to keep the line flowing smoothly and achieve output targets.
• Quickly escalate unusual findings or equipment concerns to your supervisor.
• Keep your station clean and organized to support safety and efficiency.
• Follow all plant safety rules, PPE guidelines, and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; able to recognize quality issues promptly.
• Comfortable in a high-speed production setting and able to meet deadlines.
