What You'll Do

• Prepare and format pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents.

• Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism.

• Maintain organized electronic client files.

• Manage attorney calendars and litigation deadlines.

• E-file documents with state and federal courts.

• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

• Client billing.

• Order office supplies.

• Provide administrative support to four attorneys.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree required.

• 3+ years of litigation or legal assistant experience preferred.

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Professional communication skills.

• Proficiency with Clio, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office.

• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and being an essential part of a collaborative team.

 

Compensation & Benefits

• $35.00–$40.00 per hour.
