What You’ll Do As a Kitchen Line Cook & Prep, you’ll play a hybrid role that’s essential to the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing ingredients and ensuring all prep work is completed for daily service. Cooking and plating dishes according to our recipes and standards. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy hours. Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications: 1 year of experience in a kitchen, preferably in a similar role. A strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and food preparation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
