This is not a volume hire—and this is not a traditional dental-assisting position.

Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service is strategically adding one exceptional Dental Assistant to our growing concierge mobile division.

We deliver high-level dental care directly to patients in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing communities, and private residences throughout Florida.

Our patients often face significant barriers to receiving care. We remove those barriers with compassion, urgency, clinical excellence, and disciplined execution.

What You Will Own

• Mobile operatory setup and breakdown
• Chairside support across multiple clinical procedures
• Sterilization, infection control, and equipment readiness
• Efficient clinical flow and same-day treatment support
• Complete, accurate, and timely documentation
• Patient comfort and post-treatment education
• Supply and inventory accountability
• Professional communication with patients, families, facilities, and teammates
• Protecting production, schedule integrity, and the patient experience
• Representing the Tooth Fairy brand with professionalism and polish

Who Will Thrive Here

Compensation

Base pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience, credentials, capability, and execution readiness.

Performance opportunity: $10,000–$35,000+ annually for measurable contribution.

Your First 90 Days

You will be expected to:

• Master our mobile setup and breakdown protocols
• Demonstrate command of sterilization and infection control
• Independently maintain equipment, supplies, and clinical readiness
• Support efficient production and same-day treatment
• Deliver a consistently elevated patient experience
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, and leadership potential
