Supervision Received and Exercised Exercises direct supervision of 3+ managers and 15-50 employees. Essential Job Functions Drive excellence in food quality and execution, ensuring consistency with Guthrie’s standards at every step of service. Build and sustain a high-performance culture centered on hospitality, accountability, and team development. Optimize staffing and scheduling to balance guest experience with labor efficiency goals. Lead all talent functions, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Develop and mentor managers to build a strong leadership pipeline and ensure operational continuity. Analyze key performance metrics (sales, labor, costs, guest feedback) and take decisive action to improve results. Own financial performance, including P&L management, cost control, and driving revenue growth. Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and brand standards while continuously improving processes and systems. Act as a brand ambassador, building community relationships and strengthening market presence. Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and contribute to operational planning. Lead with energy and accountability, aligning the team around company goals and delivering consistent results. Maintain flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset to support broader business needs. Compensation Classification Exempt Non-Essential Job Functions Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following: Walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods of time Lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. overhead Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception needed for: Making observations Communicating with others Reading and writing Position Requirements Work a 48-55 hour week Subject to background check In-store training program completed Must maintain a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays Must possess a state-issued driver’s license and maintain reliable means of transportation Working Conditions Restaurant environment: Work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment, including maintenance and operations of deep fryers. Office environment: Work with computers and office equipment.
