Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager with Phillip Pool State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
Pivot to policies and fill gaps in insurance
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
Train and mentor customer service representatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
Leadership and organizational skills.
Communication and problem-solving abilities.

About Our Agency

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Fayetteville, AR.
Our office is open 8:30am to 5:30pm.
We currently have 22 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Million Dollar Round Table
