Travel Neurology Surgery OR RN - $3,053 per week

Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Peoria, Illinois. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours Employment Type: Travel HIGHLIGHTS: Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated Required Certifications: RN, BLS Experience or 'Must have' skills: Travelers must have 1 year experience with Neuro OR cases including spinal fusions and craniotomies (will do more than spine and crani's so must be well rounded in all neuro cases). If they do not have this experience will need to be redirected, no exceptions Is there a Charge Nurse &/or House Supervisor on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: Yes, Charge available Mon-Friday. Charge does not take a team/OR. Lead Supervisor/Charge for Neuro surgery. A Charge nurse present 24 hours a day. House supervisor 24/7 EMR: EPIC Optime Shifts & Scheduling: 10 hour shifts, 0700-1730. Call shifts 1530-0700. No Self scheduling Weeknight/Call Requirements: Yes call. 1 - 2 night a week. 1730-0700 Weekend/Call Requirements: Weekend Rotation, Approximately 1 per month Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes Floating Requirements: Could float but not likely due to staffing Scrub Color/Dress Code: Blue scrubs -provided.
