Position Summary
As a resident care aide, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. You will work under the guidance of the resident care manager and nurse shift supervisor to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
Responsibilities
Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities
Support residents' emotional, physical, and psychological needs
Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
Follow care plans and complete assigned duties accurately
Collaborate with nursing staff and care team members
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (required)
Must be at least 18 years of age
CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred but not required
Valid driver's license
No experience required; training provided
