Order Management Coordinator – Customer Service & Logistics Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Hybrid on Tuesday & Friday) Redlands, CA Pay: $21.50–$22.00 per hour Temp-Hire position Ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to join our team in Redlands! If you enjoy working with customers, coordinating orders, solving problems, and keeping shipments on track, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Your communication, organization, and problem-solving skills will help keep operations running smoothly and customers satisfied. What You’ll Do Receive, review, and process customer orders submitted by email or electronically. Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, inventory availability, backorders, and delivery updates. Coordinate shipments and deliveries with logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Partner with inventory, assembly, and shipping departments to meet customer needs. Process product replacement requests and returns. Monitor inventory and shipment schedules to help improve on-time delivery performance. Investigate delayed shipments, identify root causes, and help implement solutions. Prepare customer quotes, sales reports, shipment recaps, and backlog updates. Review supply and demand discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with internal teams. Participate in team and customer meetings to keep orders and projects moving forward. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. At least 3 years of customer service and order management experience. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams while managing multiple priorities.
