THE CHALLENGE: This is NOT a slow-paced job. We need absolute perfectionists who thrive in hyper-focused, highly repetitive work for 8 hours straight. You’ll be tearing down high-tech eye equipment, hand-cleaning hundreds of microscopic lenses with Q-tips, and rebuilding complex units to perfection before Quality Control inspects your masterpiece!

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully disassemble complex diagnostic equipment containing hundreds of small, delicate lenses and mechanical components.

• Hand-clean every single internal lens thoroughly using q-tips and precision optics solutions to ensure flawless clarity.

• Rebuild, adjust, calibrate, and align precision internal mechanics and electronics over an intensive 8-hour process per machine.

• Submit completed units to Quality Control; work directly alongside Quality Techs to pass strict inspection standards.

• Routinely operate small hand tools, review engineering specifications, schematics, and follow exact, step-by-step procedures.

• Maintain clean, organized bench workstations and document process standards.
