Order Management Specialist

Job Details Job Location: Corporate Office - Lenoir, NC 28645 Position Type: Full Time Responsibilities Monitor all orders from customers and sales reps once acknowledged. Track all orders in a select territory using an Excel spreadsheet. Communicate any issues on an order with customer and/or rep. Ability to resolve issues or disputes related to orders prior to shipping (problem solving) Work with our Traffic/Shipping Dept to coordinate shipping date to hit install dates. Most communication in this position will be by email however you would also receive phone calls from Sales Reps and customers. Will need to either know or learn our line to answer questions pertaining to product. Must be able to work in an open office atmosphere. QualificationsQualifications Requirements Communicate effectively and professionally by phone or in writing Able to complete moderately difficult mathematical calculations Ability to handle large call volumes in an effective and timely manner Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and the ability to deal with confidential information and meet strict deadlines Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, AS400 Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; read/write materials in English Good phone skills and accurate typing Prior experience in Customer Service is preferred.
