We are a family-owned garden, gift, and outdoor home and furnishings business rooted in the Santa Rosa Beach community. We are looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and home decor, and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with their gift and gardening needs
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with restocking shelves, pricing, and inventory management
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Previous Retail Experience
- Excellent time management, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to sell and promote products effectively
- Experience with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
- Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions
- Must already live in or near the Santa Rosa Beach / 30A area
