We are seeking an experienced pediatric Physical Therapist to provide clinical services to a pediatric population at our clinics in Chicago for children ages 0-8 years. We have openings for both full-time employment status or flex-time PRN status. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations of new and ongoing clients Provide physical therapy services to EBPR clients, across home-based, school-based, and clinic-based settings Conduct 6 month and annual progress meetings, in addition to other parent meetings Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies Attend staff trainings and agency meetings, as needed Candidate Requirements Current Illinois licensure Maintain standing with APTA/IPTA and current certification with DHS/EI #J-18808-Ljbffr
