Whether you have experience in motorcycle, automotive, powersports, RV, or marine sales, we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, closing deals, and delivering an exceptional ownership experience. This position is responsible for managing the entire sales process—from the initial customer inquiry to the delivery of the motorcycle—while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities -Welcome and assist walk-in customers.
-Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, emails, and text messages.
-Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding buying experience.
-Learn and maintain expert knowledge of BMW motorcycles, options, accessories, apparel, financing programs, and current promotions.
-Prepare accurate purchase quotes and explain available financing and incentive programs.
-Evaluate and appraise customer trade-ins.
-Photograph and merchandise new and pre-owned motorcycles for the dealership website and online marketplaces.
-Maintain accurate inventory listings and vehicle information.
-Assist customers with financing and credit applications.
-Coordinate with lenders and complete all required sales documentation.
-Deliver motorcycles to customers and explain vehicle features and operation.
-Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently follow up with leads and previous customers.
-Generate repeat business through referrals and customer retention.
-Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional showroom. Qualifications -Previous motorcycle, powersports, automotive, RV, marine, or other commissioned sales experience preferred.
-Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
-Must read, write and speak English and Spanish.
-Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
-Professional appearance and positive attitude.
-Comfortable using computers, CRM software, email, and online sales tools.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work Saturdays.
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
