The team is hiring a Cisco Investments & Corporate Development Associate to source, evaluate, and execute VC investments and acquisitions.**Key Responsibilities**- Source, screen and propose investment, partnership, and M&A opportunities- Work closely with Cisco Business Units to align strategy with partners and other key constituents- Drive detailed technology and market analyses of key sectors- Develop detailed financial models including projections, valuation, and investment return analyses- Design presentations for senior management related to acquisitions and investments- Perform business, financial, accounting, and customer due diligence**Qualifications**- 2+ years post-undergraduate experience as an analyst at a top-tier investment bank, Private Equity/Venture Capital firm with deal experience, consulting, or financial services firm- 2+ years of M&A experience- 2+ years of experience with quantitative analysis including financial models- BS/BA in a quantitative discipline preferred**Location**Remote, anywhere in the US, working PST time zone hours.Apply for this Position
