Personal Trainer

We’re looking for 1 highly motivated coach who wants more than just a few training hours — they want to build a career in personal training.

At Body By Choice Training, you won’t be left on your own to figure things out. You’ll learn within an established training system, receive hands-on mentorship and continuing education, and have the opportunity to work with an incredible client base alongside a team that takes coaching seriously.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

• You’re hungry for opportunity. Early mornings and some evenings are part of the profession because we train when clients are available. When sessions, evaluations, learning opportunities, or chances to help the team come your way, we expect you to step up.

• You want to master your craft. We invest in education, mentorship, systems, and hands-on development. We don’t expect you to know everything on Day 1. We do expect you to be coachable, curious, and committed to becoming an exceptional trainer.

• You genuinely care about people. Our clients trust us with their health, goals, and quality of life. Great coaching requires more than exercise knowledge — it requires communication, maturity, consistency, and the ability to build relationships.

• You’re professional and dependable. Preparation, follow-through, communication, and a positive attitude are non-negotiable.

• You want a career, not just a job. We can provide the training, mentorship, systems, clients, and opportunities. You have to bring the work ethic, energy, and desire to grow.
