Manufacturing Production Technician

Manufacturing Production Technicians are responsible for production processes of various custom metal parts. Techs & Machine Operators can expect to be cross-trained on various aspects of production within the factory.

Duties to include:

• Reading a production process plan for custom parts work orders.
• Operating a parts production plating cell.
• Hanging and inspection of custom parts.
• Daily counts and logs of all parts.
• Measuring thickness and diameters of parts during production.
• Selecting proper production tools for various custom applications.
• Monitoring & recording the ongoing production process and adjust the process when necessary.
• Performs online inspections as required by work order to ensure product specifications.
• Operate a computer terminal to view orders, start and complete individual work orders.

Requirements:

✔ High School Diploma or GED

✔ Home Phone or Cell

✔ Reliable Transportation

✔ A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction

✔ Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen

✔ Solid & Continuous Work History

✔ 2 Years of Previous Manufacturing / Factory Experience Required

✔ Able to lift/move 25 lbs. regularly & up to 50 lbs. occasionally

✔ Math and Reading Skills are necessary

✔ Micrometer and/or Caliper experience preferred

✔ Industrial Chemical Processes Experience a PLUS.

✔ Chemical Plating experience a PLUS.

✔ Able to Work Independently
