Overview Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Work The Management Analyst II will carry out organizational studies and evaluations, assist with the design of management systems and procedures, perform work simplifications and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Functions as a Management Analyst with intermediate knowledge of management systems techniques, processes and technology that will optimize program operations. Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology. Analyzes administrative processes and/or office programs. Writes reports, letters, and other documents with recommendations for management programs, policies and activities. Assists with the development of new or revised management systems or procedures to facilitate the operation of programs within established guidelines. Performs administrative and financial analysis. Provides research, spreadsheet development, data collection, and analysis. Prepares various recurring reports such as monthly, quarterly, cumulative semi-annual and cumulative annual reports. Provides day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects. Other duties as assigned. Must possess a high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred, together with seven (7) years of relevant experience. Maintains professional competence and specialized knowledge base by keeping abreast of emerging themes and best practices. Knowledge of substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, and policies in order to analyze and assemble information; and intermediate knowledge of management and organizational techniques, systems and procedures to perform analytical studies. Experience working in a government capacity preferred. Secret Clearance is required. Due to the nature of work at the client’s site, U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment. Must be physically and mentally able to perform duties extended periods of time. May be asked to travel for business or professional development purposes. May be asked to work hours outside of normal business hours.
