RN Rehab

Parkridge Health Network is seeking a dedicated RN Rehab to provide high-quality rehabilitative nursing care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. In this role, you will complete assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team. You will educate patients and families on recovery goals, monitor progress, and support safe discharge planning.
