Dining Room Server / Waitstaff

???? Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour
We are seeking friendly, dependable Dining Room Servers (Waitstaff) to join our team full-time! In this role, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and homelike dining experience for our residents while supporting daily kitchen and dining operations.

Key Responsibilities- Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure resident satisfaction
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining sanitary work areas
- Deliver meals to residents as needed
- Support basic food preparation and meal service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
