Duties & Responsibilities

Provide inpatient rehabilitation care for patients with physical disabilities and injuries.
Manage an average daily patient volume of 16-20 patients.
Coordinate with hospitalist team for daytime coverage and patient management.
Perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation requirements.
