• Safety management

• Submittal review and processing, tracking, and reporting

• Submit, track, and issue responses to RFI"s

• Coordination with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors

• Review subcontractor progress requisitions

• Direct and lead project superintendents and assistant project managers toward project completion

• Distribute, track, and coordinate completion of punch lists

ABOUT YOU:

• Bachelor"s Degree in Engineering (Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical preferred)

• Minimum xhyhwjd of 8 years" experience required

• Exceptional software skills (Primavera P6 / MS Project / Sage 300 CRE / Microsoft Office)

• OSHA Certified

• Excellent interpersonal, organization
