Radiology - Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray)

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Community Hospital Experience

Required Credentials: Cannot have any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point in the past. Fluoro

Preferred Skills/Experience: Fuji Synapse preferred.

Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility. References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Block scheduling may be accommodated per manager discretion.

Unit Details: Neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient population. Parking Cost: Free parking on first day, assignment parking to be given during orientation

Shift & Scheduling: On-call required. Weekend coverage: all weekends.

5 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
