HCA Florida Fort Walton–Destin Hospital is seeking a Founding Emergency Medicine Residency Program Director to establish and lead its new ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine Residency Program. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced academic emergency physician who is passionate about education and program development. The role involves overseeing residency administration, recruiting and mentoring faculty, and ensuring compliance with ACGME requirements.
