Job Title: 1st Shift Assembly Technician (Evaluation-to-Hire)


Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (30-Minute Lunch)
Classification: Evaluation-to-Hire


Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for an opportunity to grow in manufacturing? We are seeking a 1st Shift Assembly Technician to join a team producing and testing pneumatic valves. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to develop new skills through cross-training and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble pneumatic valve components according to work instructions
• Work alongside a line leader to meet daily production goals
• Test and inspect components to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform visual inspections of finished products
• Cross-train in multiple workstations and production processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety and quality procedures at all times

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attendance and reliability are required
• Must be able to read and write English proficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Equipment Used:

• Small pneumatic hand tools

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly and inspection tasks
