Travel Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Scientist

Location: Bloomington, Indiana (IN)
Duration: 13 Weeks

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS/MT) to join a busy clinical laboratory team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all core laboratory disciplines and capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

• 4x10-Hour Shifts

• ASCP Certified Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or
• ASCP Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) / Medical Technologist (MT)
• Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) certification preferred

• Minimum 1–2 years of recent laboratory experience
• Must be proficient in all major areas of the clinical laboratory
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently

• Hematology
• Chemistry
• Coagulation
• Urinalysis
• Specimen Processing
• Quality Control and Quality Assurance
• Laboratory Instrument Maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Laboratory Information Systems
• Accurate Documentation and Result Reporting

• Roche Cobas instrumentation experience
• Remisol middleware experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
