Salary: $129,800 - 129,800 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 3 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including patterns for reliability and scale.
• We require at least 3 years of administrative experience with networking, storage systems, operating systems, and hands-on systems engineering.
• We need experience programming in at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, or Rust.
• We require experience developing, deploying, and managing AI products at scale.

• We maintain awareness of responsible GenAI usage in security-sensitive environments, including human-in-the-loop validation.
• We split our time about evenly between running production systems and driving long-term improvements to reliability, availability, and performance.
• We investigate production incidents, including deployment failures, determine root causes, and implement remediations.
• We identify recurring incident patterns, design systemic fixes, and work with the team to refine those solutions.
• We assess Service Level Objectives, align with stakeholder teams on thresholds, and update infrastructure as code to keep monitoring effective.
• We design and build automation that improves fleet management, such as safely migrating workloads to better hardware for performance gains.
