Overview We\'re a nationwide staffing company with a prospective position in San Antonio, TX as a Navy Performance Improvement Analyst. Locals to the area are preferred. Responsibilities Experience in ASQ BB BOK or equivalent quality organization (e.g., NCQA). Develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements. Manage activities related to gathering requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards. Strong communication skills for effective technical and business requirement discussions. Experience Minimum of three years direct experience as a performance improvement analyst within a government sector (preferably the US Navy). Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance. Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program. Master Black Belt or Black Belt Certificate.
