RV Sales Associate | Airstream Los Angeles

At Airstream Los Angeles, we don't just sell travel trailers—we help people create memories, explore the open road, and experience the freedom of adventure. As an RV Sales Associate, you'll represent one of the most iconic and respected brands in the RV industry while helping customers find the perfect travel companion for their lifestyle.
Whether it's a weekend getaway, a cross-country road trip, or a lifelong dream of exploring America, you'll play a key role in helping customers turn those dreams into reality.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create an exceptional dealership experience from the moment they arrive.
- Learn about customers' travel goals, lifestyle, and camping preferences to recommend the right RV solution.
- Conduct product presentations and walkarounds showcasing Airstream trailers and other premium RV products.
- Demonstrate features, technology, towing capabilities, and ownership benefits.
- Guide customers through financing, protection products, and purchase options.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities within the CRM.
- Stay current on inventory, RV trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and previous customers to drive sales opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for customer service and relationship building.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude and work ethic.
Bonus Points For
- RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or luxury retail sales experience.
- CRM experience.
- Bilingual abilities.
- A personal passion for travel, camping, or the outdoor lifestyle.
