Position Overview As a Client Solution Specialist Sr within PNC's Corporate Banking organization, you will be based in Columbus, OH. The Senior Client Relationship Representative (CRR Sr) serves as a critical partner to Relationship Managers (RMs) within Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB), supporting the delivery of a consistent, high-quality client experience. This role is responsible for managing complex servicing activities, coordinating across multiple internal partners, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all client-related processes. The Senior CRR operates with a high degree of ownership and independence, acting as a central point of coordination for market demands, client servicing, KYC/compliance activities, and operational execution. Job Description Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships. May serve as a customer solutions resource. Gathers required documentation. Prepares, reviews and verifies documents and relevant information for accuracy. Performs common processing and ensures compliance with standard regulations and processes. May administer implementation plans and related client interactions. Acts as a point of contact for clients, client teams or service partners and escalates client implementation and servicing issues as necessary. Initiates, updates and verifies client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications. Provides reports as needed. May serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.
