ASCP - Medical Technologist (MT)

MLT / MT Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
Analyze and interpret test results, reporting findings to healthcare professionals.
Maintain compliance with quality control and quality assurance standards.
Ensure laboratory equipment is in optimal condition and troubleshoot as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

MLT / MT Requirements:

Degree in Medical Technology (MT) or related field from an accredited institution.
ASCP Certification required.
Open to both new and experienced MLT/MT candidates.
Prior hospital or clinical experience preferred.
Proficient in performing a wide range of laboratory tests.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members.
