Pinnacle Sales Team is hiring Customer Sales Associates to represent technology and entertainment services throughout the Columbus market.

Instead of sitting behind a desk all day, you'll work face-to-face with customers in assigned residential territories , helping households learn about available technology, entertainment, and service options.

A Typical Day

Your day will focus on meeting customers, having conversations, identifying needs, and turning those conversations into new business.

You'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with customers throughout assigned residential territories
• Introducing technology and entertainment products and services
• Educating customers on available plans, promotions, and service options
• Asking questions to determine customer needs
• Providing personalized product and service recommendations
• Conducting face-to-face sales presentations
• Acquiring new customers and supporting account retention
• Maintaining a professional and positive customer experience
• Working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Tracking your individual performance
• Participating in ongoing sales and product coaching
