A recognized regional law firm in Seattle is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team, which handles a variety of general liability and complex and/or commercial litigation matters.
The salary range for the role is 80-110k base with additional structured and discretionary bonus earnings on a standard billable target of 1400. The firm offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 3-4 weeks PTO DOE, 401k plus company match, transportation benefits and other perks.
They offer a flexible hybrid work structure, allowing paralegals to regularly work-from-home weekly if desired.
Ideal candidates will meet the following criteria:
- 6+ years as a litigation paralegal with some experience handling insurance defense matters a plus
- Experience supporting litigation cases from inception through trial phases and in the trial courtroom
- Experience utilizing eDiscovery software such as Everlaw or Relativity to organize, analyze and prepare discovery
- Advanced drafting of discovery, med chrons, motions and litigation documents
- Previous experience in a billable role with a track record of 100+ billed hours monthly
- Paralegal certification/degree desired but not required
