Let's make healthcare recruitment exciting and rewarding together!Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, On-SiteResponsibilities:Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.Present services to prospective clientsProvide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication.Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.Entering data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relations Management system (CRM)Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.Requirements:Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service roleKnowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principlesOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software SOP is a plus.Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.Organizational and time-management skillsBachelor's degree in business or related field PreferredEnthusiastic and passionateBenefits:Unlimited earning potential through uncapped commissions.Supportive team environment fostering professional growth.Comprehensive benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, and vision coverage.Paid Time Off
