About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Operations to take ownership of the operational P&L and execution strategy for its expanding QSR portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving AUV and EBITDA growth, integrating new acquisitions, and ensuring the successful launch of new restaurant openings. This role is pivotal in bridging corporate strategy and frontline execution, with a focus on strategic scaling, acquisitions, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include leading the integration of newly acquired units, optimizing unit economics, and overseeing the operational rollout of tech-forward initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' multi-unit QSR leadership experience, with a strong background in M&A integration, and a proven track record of driving financial performance and labor efficiency. The VP of Operations will be expected to have a deep understanding of 2026 QSR tech, including AI-driven drive-thrus and automated labor scheduling, and to be a high-accountability, aggressive, and decisive leader. They must be adept at enforcing standards, conducting operational audits, and holding regional and district managers accountable for financial performance. The role also requires a focus on workforce strategy, with an emphasis on modern scheduling, cross-training, and digital onboarding to ensure labor retention and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate for this position at the company is a system-building leader with a strong operational discipline and a commitment to driving the business forward.
