Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year, offering the chance to work closely with a diverse student population ranging from 3K to 12th grade. With assignments across multiple attendance areas—including Pageland, Chesterfield, Cheraw, Jefferson, and McBee—you'll experience variety and fulfillment as you help learners of varying abilities achieve their communication goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC-SLP credential or eligibility for CFY supervision
- State licensure or ability to obtain required certification prior to start date
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to upholding student-centered, evidence-based practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Screen and assess students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy services tailored to students’ unique needs within diverse classroom and small group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation as required by district and legal standards
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Consult on strategies and accommodations to support students across educational environments
