Sales Enablement Analyst

Job Description

As a Sales Enablement Analyst , you'll help shape the tools that support our sales teams every day. You'll work primarily to support Best Buy Business (BBYB).You'll work closely with sales partners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to turn ideas and challenges into smarter, more effective solutions. If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving problems, and like bringing clarity to complex situations, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on how work gets done.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do

• Partner with sales teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements, use cases, and recommended solutions.
• Manage enhancement requests from intake through prioritization and release readiness.
• Coordinate testing activities to ensure system updates meet business needs.
• Track adoption, utilization, and outcomes to measure success and identify future improvements.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to align priorities and drive results.

Basic qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis, sales operations, sales enablement, CRM, technology delivery, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience translating business needs into requirements, use cases, or process documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively through ambiguity.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• 3+ year of experience with user acceptance testing, release readiness, or Agile practices.
• 3+ year experience partnering with technology, product, or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with B2B sales environments.
