Part-Time Retail Associate

Parrish RV & Boat Bait & Tackle is looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers and has an interest in fishing, boating, or outdoor retail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phones promptly and courteously
• Restock merchandise, including store shelves, soda coolers, and bait freezers
• Maintain store cleanliness, including emptying trash and general upkeep
• Perform light filing and basic administrative tasks
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and communicate with management as needed
• Open and close the store, including setting ADT alarms
• Maintain the car wash area (pick up trash, empty bins, keep bays clean)

Requirements

• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Availability to work weekends ( WEEKENDS WHEN NEEDED) and fill-in shifts as needed
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Retail experience (especially with fishing or boating products) is a plus
