Senior Cyber Security Engineer

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Senior Cyber Incident Response Attorney will manage cybersecurity incident responses, oversee breach response work, and interact with senior management at client companies. Key Responsibilities: Lead incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents Draft legal notices and respond to regulatory investigations related to data breaches Advise clients on handling cybersecurity incidents from start to finish Required Qualifications: JD from an accredited Law School Admission to the Bar in good standing 8+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years focused on data privacy and security Strong knowledge of data breach and privacy laws (HIPAA, GLBA, CCPA, etc.) IT or technical background is a plus
