Contract Associate
Tarrant's West is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities include managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain organized records of all contract documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure contract terms are met.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in contract management is a plus.
