Commercial Insurance Producer

What You'll Achieve:
Drive Growth: Cultivate and expand a robust portfolio of commercial lines insurance, achieving a 20% increase in new business accounts within the first year.
Client Retention Excellence: Maintain a client retention rate of 95% by establishing long-lasting relationships through personalized service and tailored insurance solutions.
Strategic Risk Assessment: Execute comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential exposures, ensuring optimal coverage for all business clients.
Market Intel Analysis: Leverage industry insights to offer competitive and customizable policy solutions, staying top-of-mind in the marketplace.
Team Synergy: Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to seamlessly deliver integrated solutions, enhancing client satisfaction.
Networking Proficiency: Actively engage in industry-related networking and community events to forge meaningful partnerships and establish King Risk Partners as a trusted advisor.

Report directly to the Regional Director, receiving hands-on guidance and support.
Essential Qualifications:
3+ years in commercial insurance sales or brokerage.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risk profiles.
Current knowledge of insurance market trends and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
