Neuroscience Sales Representative (Charleston, SC) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Representative for the Charleston, SC territory to drive sales of CAPLYTA® and other psychiatric treatments. The role involves building clinical relationships with healthcare providers, executing territory sales plans, and managing budgets while maintaining compliance and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet forecasts through in-person and virtual engagement with primary care providers
- Develop clinical expertise and conduct evidence-based discussions with healthcare professionals on indications and safety profiles
- Create and execute local strategic and tactical business plans aligned with regional objectives
- Manage assigned territory budget and resources to optimize customer targeting and program allocation
- Maintain market intelligence on local practices, key influencers, and formulary dynamics; report findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record
- 1+ years pharmaceutical or medical sales experience
- Strong product and disease state knowledge development ability
- Independent sales execution and territory management capability
- Compliance and ethical business practice commitment
