SMP sells its products primarily to automotive aftermarket retailers, program distribution groups, warehouse distributors, original equipment manufacturers, and original equipment service part operations in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, Mexico, and other Latin American countries.Job ResponsibilitiesAdminister cloud networking components (Azure VNets, subnets, routing, DNS, VPN) Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint connectivity) Manage hybrid identity integration (AD sync, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access) Support identity and access management integration (Active Directory / Entra ID) Ensure seamless connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments (hybrid networking) Assist with licensing, user provisioning, and access control Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity across all environments Troubleshoot connectivity issues and optimize performance Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or failures Implement and maintain network security controls (firewalls, segmentation, access policies) Assist with audits and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX documentation Maintain network-related infrastructure systems (DNS, DHCP, VPN, backup connectivity) Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance across environments Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requests Part of the Help Desk and Infrastructure teams Work on Track-IT work orders as needed Maintain accurate network diagrams, configurations, and procedures Document troubleshooting steps, changes, and best practices Contribute to standardization and automation efforts Provide occasional after-hours/on-call supportWork Experience Requirements4- 7 years of Enterprise Networking Experience. Experience in network design and implementation, routing knowledge, firewall, switching, VLAN, Voice TechnologiesVMWare and SAN management. Ability to adhere to all SOX requirements. Ability to use Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Project, Visio).
