Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II - to support our client’s medical facility based in Lincoln, NE 68503. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Pay rate: $25/hr Location: Lincoln, NE 68503 Duration: 4-month contract with possible extension Shift: M-F 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch. Willing to work on an occasional Saturday at PSC 8am-12pm Job Description: Job Summary: The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves: Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing. Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction. Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures. Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards. Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs. Experience: 3 years of phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections). 2+ years in a Patient Service Center environment (Preferred). Customer service experience in a retail or service setting (Preferred). Keyboarding/data entry experience (Preferred). Pride-Health is an equal opportunity employer.
